Sheboygan Brat Poppers
Fire up the grill, these appetizers are sure to spice up any tailgate party!
18 Jalapeno Peppers
1 Package of Sheboygan Sausage Company Smoked Bratwurst
1 Package of Bacon, cut into thirds
1 package of cream cheese
1 package of shredded cheese ( 8 oz)
How to Make
Using a sharp knife, slice 1/4 inch off the stem end of the peppers, discard the stem.
Using a small knife or vegetable peeler, remove seeds and spines of the peppers, discard.
Combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, and Sheboygan Sausage Smoked Bratwurst mix well and stuff peppers
Cover the pepper with a 1/3 strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Grill the peppers over medium heat until evenly roasted and the bacon is crisp.
